Job Overview

Our client is looking for a communication-oriented Product Owner to lead the enhancement and continuous development of a Salesforce-based AI Agent.

The primary objective is to optimize sales processes by leveraging intelligent AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring a user-centric product development approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce AI Agent product roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

• Prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog based on business value.

• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate with cross-functional development teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Drive continuous improvements to AI-powered sales capabilities.

• Ensure the product meets business objectives and delivers an excellent user experience.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

• Monitor product performance and identify enhancement opportunities.

• Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong experience with Salesforce platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience managing Product Backlogs and defining user stories.

• Ability to work closely with business and development teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with experience delivering digital products.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or prior experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Generative AI solutions.

• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (such as Einstein AI or AI Agents) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with sales process optimization.

• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
