Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

Duration: 12+ Months Contract/ Fulltime-Permanent Hire

Location: - Toronto, ON - (Hybrid - 3 days office in a week)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to ensure AI programs deliver measurable business value.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Generative AI, AI/ML

Strong understanding of:

Generative AI (GenAI)

Should have full stack AI experience and capability to deploy at scale

Need experience with Langchain/Langraph and LLMs

Experience with MCP’s servers

Rag Pipeline experience including Scraping/ingesting/chunking/preparing data

Core Python and SQL experience

Have done evaluations on outputs to determine accuracy, quality, etc

Experience with Github

Observability and logging
