- PythonおよびDjangoを用いた開発実務経験（3年以上）

- AWS、Azure、GCPいずれかを用いたクラウド環境でのアプリケーション設計・開発経験（3年以上）

■歓迎スキル

- スケジュール管理、コードレビュー、テスト項目チェックなどのリード/品質管理経験

- システムのアーキテクチャ設計、技術選定、データベース設計・チューニング（RDS、DynamoDB等）の経験

- Gitを用いたバージョン管理、およびCI/CDパイプラインの構築・運用経験

■ Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in development using Python and Django.

- 3+ years of experience designing and developing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in project management tasks (e.g., schedule management, code/document reviews, QA processes).

- Experience in system architecture design, technology stack selection, and database optimization (RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).

- Experience in version control (Git) and building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- High interest in consulting work and a strong desire to participate in upstream processes (requirements definition, client proposal, and negotiation).
