AI Solution Engineer | Prime-listed Japanese FinTech | Hybrid in Tokyo

What you will work on:
• Build GenAI and AI solutions for back-office SaaS products
• Apply RAG, LLMs, machine learning, and AI agents to real user workflows
• Work on areas such as accounting, expense management, HR, payroll, and finance operations
• Understand user pain points and define practical AI solutions with PMs and business teams
• Build prototypes, validate impact, and move solutions toward production
• Design AI systems with quality, security, testing, monitoring, and operation in mind
• Help transform repetitive back-office work into smarter AI-driven workflows

Ideal background:
• Experience building applications with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or machine learning
• Product-oriented engineering mindset
• Ability to work with PMs, business stakeholders, and product teams
• Basic understanding of AI system quality, security, and operation design
• Business-level Japanese
