Starting Salary Range: 7,000,000 ~ 13,000,000 JPY

Japanese level required: Business level

This company develops and provides B2B SaaS products powered by AI, natural language processing (NLP), and speech recognition technologies. It offers a range of AI solutions for large enterprises, including chatbot, voicebot, FAQ management, contact center support, and internal help desk systems. These products help improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support digital transformation across various industries.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver the full software development lifecycle based on the product roadmap and backlog, including requirements definition, system design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Perform continuous refactoring to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance product reliability, including Service Level Objectives (SLOs), error budgeting, on-call operations, and postmortem analysis.
• Promote agile development by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving development processes based on the Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing machine learning systems.
• 5+ years of experience in the development and maintenance of web applications.
• Hands-on experience developing machine learning models with frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs, as well as developing systems in Linux environments.
• Research, development, and production deployment experience in computer vision, including image recognition and human activity recognition.
• Experience with collaborative software development using Git or other version control systems.
• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and practical experience.
