■ Minimum Requirements

- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm or SIer (demonstrating logical thinking and consensus-building skills).

- 1+ year of practical experience in AI model development using Python or similar languages.

- Strong motivation to apply technology to real-world frontlines and a mindset to enjoy change while continuously updating your skills.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Consulting skills (issue structuring, hypothesis building, proposal creation) and system design capabilities accounting for frontline constraints (safety, cost, etc.).

- Understanding of CV/Multi-modal, learning/evaluation/debugging, MLOps, and experience or strong willingness to learn ROS/robot systems.

- Domain knowledge in frontline industries (manufacturing, logistics, construction) and a habit of researching English papers and global trends.
