Job Description
- Design and implement agentic AI systems that autonomously perceive, decide, and act within software and device workflows
- Develop and integrate AI agents for scenarios such as self-healing systems, resource optimization, personalized UX, and device or fleet intelligence
- Collaborate with platform, cloud, and client engineering teams to embed agentic AI into LIP and related CSW solutions
- Implement agent orchestration, context management, and feedback loops to enable continuous learning and adaptation
- Evaluate and improve agent behavior using telemetry, usage data, and user feedback
- Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of autonomous agents operating in production environments
- Contribute to PoCs and MVPs aligned with the LIP roadmap and transition successful concepts into production software
