A global company is expanding its AI capabilities in Japan and is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across the business.

The Role

Design and build production-ready GenAI and LLM solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll work hands-on across the full development lifecycle, from PoC through production, partnering with business, data science, and IT teams to deliver scalable AI applications and automation.

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience in AI solution development, software engineering, or data science
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Azure or AWS
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and API integration
• Experience delivering AI or automation solutions in an enterprise environment
• Business-level Japanese and English
