Associate Principal - Architecture

Role description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the design architecture and implementation of AIpowered Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce Data Cloud Einstein AI and core Salesforce platforms The ideal candidate will define scalable architecture guide development teams and drive enterprisegrade AI agent implementations that enhance customer employee and partner experiences

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver Salesforce Agentforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives

Design AIdriven agents utilizing Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications

Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures

Define agent actions prompts guardrails grounding strategies and integrations with enterprise systems

Design integrations with external platforms using REST SOAP Platform Events MuleSoft APIs and middleware solutions

Establish architecture standards security models scalability guidelines and governance frameworks

Provide technical leadership to developers Tech Leads and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Conduct architecture reviews code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners solution architects and enterprise architects

Drive performance optimization security compliance and AI solution adoption

Support effort estimation solution proposals presales activities and technical roadmaps

Required Skills

10 years of IT experience with 7 years in Salesforce architecture and solution design

Handson experience with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Prompt Builder CopilotAI capabilities and Data Cloud

Strong expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flow Visualforce SOQL and Salesforce Platform capabilities

Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs Middleware MuleSoft Platform Events and External Services

Deep understanding of Salesforce security sharing governance and deployment frameworks

Expertise in Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Data Cloud

Strong knowledge of AI governance prompt engineering data grounding retrieval strategies and responsible AI practices

Experience with DevOps tools CICD pipelines Git and Salesforce deployment methodologies

Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
