Role / Responsibilities

1. AI Product Strategy and Vision

• Define and drive the product vision for Agentic AI solutions aligned with industry-specific processes
• Identify AI-driven automation opportunities and develop scalable use cases addressing customer challenges
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to promote adoption of AI solutions on the Google Cloud AI stack
• Apply agile product development principles to align product strategy with evolving market and customer needs

2. Product Development and Execution

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap planning and backlog management
• Define and document functional and technical requirements for AI automation initiatives
• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications for engineering teams
• Drive agile, iterative product development cycles to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Partner closely with engineering and user teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery

3. Stakeholder Alignment and Go-to-Market

• Act as the primary product expert across cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, sales, and marketing
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction
• Support product launches, adoption strategies, and customer enablement initiatives
• Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize product capabilities

Skills / Qualifications

AI / Data Platforms

• Google Cloud AI stack (Vertex AI, Gemini, Agentic AI platforms)
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and AI-driven automation frameworks

Product & Engineering

• Strong experience in agile product development and backlog management
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and enterprise systems

Data & Architecture

• Knowledge of data platforms and architectures supporting AI use cases
• Exposure to RAG, LLM-based systems, and enterprise AI applications

Domain Expertise

• Experience in one or more domains: FS, RCPG, LSH, Manufacturing, Technology
• Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation initiatives

Collaboration & Tools

• Stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing)
• Product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $140,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $180,000 per year
