We're partnering with a well-funded AI startup building an enterprise agentic AI platform for the financial services industry.
The company develops AI workers that automate complex, high-value workflows for some of the world's largest financial institutions. They've raised a $7M Seed round from top-tier investors and are preparing for a Series A.
They're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join the early team and help build production-grade agentic AI systems deployed directly into enterprise customer environments.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience at a recognized technology company
- Customer-facing experience working directly with enterprise clients
- Strong Python skills with experience shipping production AI systems
- Passion for building from 0→1 in a fast-paced startup environment
What you'll do
- Build and deploy production agentic AI applications from 0→1
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and implement AI solutions
- Develop full-stack AI products and backend systems
- Work alongside the founders as an early engineering hire with significant ownership over the product and technical direction
