We are seeking engineers and researchers passionate about Generative AI, AI Agents, and large language model applications to help build next-generation AI solutions.

Role Overview

In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and application of advanced AI technologies, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support the development of practical AI systems and solutions.

• Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan (Based in Hsinchu with flexible collaboration arrangements.)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Areas of Expertise

AI Agents

• Strong interest in the implementation and application of AI agents
• Familiarity with Harness Engineering, including Memory, Skills, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Generative AI & Foundation Models

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
• Familiarity with Multimodal AI and Time Series Foundation Models

Coding & Implementation

• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Familiarity with Hugging Face tools, vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Interest or experience in Vibe Coding

Data & AI Development

• Data processing and evaluation
• Model implementation and experimentation
• AI workflow development and optimization
