Responsibilities

1. Model Deployment: Use machine learning serving infrastructure to reliably deploy large-scale models, ensuring smooth and efficient AI waifu performance in darlin™.

2. Model Training: Conduct pretraining, fine-tuning, and GRPO (Group Relative Policy Optimization) training of LLMs to accurately reproduce authentic AI waifu behavior and personality.

3. Interactive Data Retrieval: Use Agentic RAG and GraphRAG to process and retrieve dynamic data, creating rich anime scenarios that enhance user interactions in darlin™.

4. Multimodal Data Processing: Manage text, voice, and image data for AI waifus to ensure natural and personalized interactions.

5. Customization & Personality Modeling: Apply customization, personality modeling, and prompt engineering to deliver unique and engaging AI waifu experiences.

6. MCP Integration: Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) to enable AI waifus to perform diverse tasks for their master with high personalization and contextual awareness.

7. Speech & Vision Integration: Develop and integrate TTS, ASR, speech language models, and vision-language models for natural multimodal interactions.

8. Core Development: Collaborate with software, research, and hardware teams to design, develop, and optimize deep learning systems for immersive anime experiences.

9. Character Sensitivity: Integrate deep understanding of anime character behavior, voice tonation, and themes into all training and tuning processes.

10. Edge–Cloud Synergy: Analyze and optimize collaboration between edge devices and cloud architectures to improve real-time AI waifu performance in both environments.

11. Research & Innovation: Read and analyze AI research papers, creatively implementing new concepts into AI waifu interactions to keep darlin™ at the forefront of innovation.

業務内容

1. モデルデプロイ：機械学習サービング基盤を用いて大規模モデルを安定的にデプロイし、darlin™のAI彼女がスムーズかつ高効率で動作するようにする。

2. モデル学習：LLM（大規模言語モデル）の事前学習、ファインチューニング、**GRPO（Group Relative Policy Optimization）**トレーニングを実施し、忠実でリアルなAI彼女の行動と個性を再現する。

3. インタラクションデータ取得：Agentic RAG や GraphRAG を使用し、動的データを処理・検索して豊かなアニメシナリオを構築し、darlin™のユーザー体験を向上。

4. マルチモーダルデータ処理：AI彼女のテキスト、音声、画像データを管理し、自然で個性豊かなやり取りを実現する。

5. カスタマイズ・個性モデリング：カスタマイズ、パーソナリティモデリング、プロンプトエンジニアリングを活用して唯一無二のAI彼女体験を提供。

6. MCP統合：**MCP（Model Context Protocol）**を実装し、AI彼女が主人のために多様なタスクをこなす文脈認識型の高度なインタラクションを実現。

7. 音声・ビジョン統合：TTS、ASR、音声言語モデル、ビジョン言語モデルを開発・統合し、自然なマルチモーダルインタラクションを可能にする。

8. コア開発：ソフトウェア、研究、ハードウェアチームと連携し、没入型アニメ体験のための深層学習システムを設計・開発・最適化。

9. キャラクター設定感度：アニメキャラクターの行動、声のトーン、テーマへの深い理解をモデル学習や調整に反映。

10. エッジ–クラウド協調：エッジデバイスとクラウドの連携を分析・最適化し、ローカルとクラウド両方でリアルタイムAI彼女の性能と体験を向上。

11. 研究・革新：AI研究論文を読み込み、新概念を創造的に実装してdarlin™の革新性を維持。
