Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Millai Adtech, you will design, build, and optimize AI models that improve ad targeting, creative performance, and customer engagement on Meta’s platforms. You will work with data scientists and software engineers to develop and deploy algorithms, including models for pattern recognition, natural language processing, and neural network architectures. Daily tasks include cleaning and analyzing large datasets, prototyping and training models, evaluating performance using A/B tests and other experimental methods, and iteratively refining solutions based on real-world results. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure models are integrated smoothly into production systems. This is a full-time hybrid role based in São Paulo, SP, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, embedding techniques, and relevant libraries or frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data science workflows, including data cleaning, feature engineering, model validation, and experimental design for A/B testing.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and relevant MLOps or deployment practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in São Paulo, SP, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, or performance marketing on platforms like Meta is a plus; familiarity with Portuguese and English is beneficial.
