What You'll Do

• Take state-of-the-art GenAI from research into production — consumer to industrial use cases with real business impact.
• Own customer onboarding on the models and APIs: prompting, evals, fine-tuning, and production integration.
• Ship the hard stuff — complex fine-tuning, agentic and RAG pipelines — and contribute to the open-source codebases (inference, fine-tuning).
• Sit in pre-sales calls and explain the tech straight, no hand-waving.
• Feed what you learn in the field back into the models with the research and product teams.

Who You Are

• 2+ years as a hands-on IC (data scientist or software engineer) on AI products.
• PhD or Master's in AI / data science.
• You've fine-tuned LLMs and built advanced RAG or agentic use cases.
• Deep grasp of the concepts and algorithms under ML and LLMs — not just the API.
• Strong Python; deep learning with PyTorch; agent frameworks (LangChain) and vector DBs.
• You can make a complex model decision legible to non-experts.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Bonus: open-source LLM contributions; Forward Deployed / Customer / Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical PM background.
