We're looking for a Digital Innovation / AI Specialist to help drive the adoption of AI across our organisation. Working within our Digital Innovation team, you'll design, build and support AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes and deliver business value.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Building and deploying AI-powered business solutions.

✅ Developing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and automation solutions.

✅ Working with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.

✅ Supporting AI governance, security and compliance initiatives.

✅ Creating user guidance, training materials and adoption resources.

✅ Researching emerging AI technologies and innovation opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.

Nice to Have

• Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Services experience.
• Power Automate knowledge.
• Python, SQL or API integration experience.
• Microsoft AI, Azure or Power Platform certifications.
