Forward Deployed Strategist - Enterprise AI Transformation - Munich - 150k

We’re looking for engineers who want to operate at the intersection of AI, engineering, and enterprise transformation strategy.

This role is for people who enjoy solving complex operational problems, working directly with clients, and deploying production-grade AI systems in high-impact environments.

You’ll work closely with enterprise stakeholders to design, build, and scale AI applications across workflows, operations, and strategic decision-making processes.

What you’ll work on:

• Building and deploying LLM-powered applications
• Designing agentic workflows and AI copilots
• Developing RAG architectures and orchestration systems
• Embedding directly with client teams to understand operational pain points
• Translating business ambiguity into scalable technical systems
• Taking solutions from prototype → production
• Working across cloud infrastructure, APIs, enterprise systems, and modern AI tooling

Core requirements:

• Strong software or ML engineering foundation with Python experience
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
• Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, and AI agents
• Cloud experience across AWS / Azure / GCP
• Consulting experience is required
• Fluent German and English are required
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in client-facing environments

Nice to have:

• • Experience at an AI-native company
• • Background in digital strategy, digital transformation, or transaction advisory
• • Exposure to private equity or enterprise transformation projects
• • Experience operating in fast-moving startup or consulting environments
