Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of innovative AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI systems that create real business impact, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI Agents.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to support business and operational needs.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI applications and systems, from data processing and model development to deployment and production monitoring.
• Develop Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and related technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Monitor, evaluate, optimize, and maintain AI systems to ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into impactful AI solutions.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, RAG, AI Agents, and model evaluation.
• Proven ability to build and deploy AI solutions end-to-end, from data processing and model development to production deployment and monitoring.
• Experience working with APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Vector Databases for AI applications.
• Familiarity with modern deployment and operational practices, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience developing web-based applications for AI solutions using React, Next.js, Streamlit, Gradio, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in fast-paced product or technology-driven environments.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies.

Working arrangement:

- Contract based 12 months under outsource
