Junior AI & Data Engineer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a curious and driven Junior AI & Data Engineer to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Prepare, clean, and process data from multiple sources.
• Support the development and testing of AI/ML models.
• Design and fine-tune prompts for generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to get accurate, relevant outputs.
• Document workflows, code, and project deliverables for easy future reference.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates welcome!).
• Basic skills in Python, SQL, or another programming language.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts & fundamentals (regression, classification, basic neural networks).
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering for generative AI tools.
• Data analysis and visualization skills (Excel or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Understanding of IoT or automation systems.
• Internship or academic project experience in AI, analytics, or manufacturing.
