AI Automation Specialist

PT Empire Pixel International, based in BSD City, South Tangerang, Banten, is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to join our team immediately.

We are seeking someone passionate about AI, automation, and workflow optimization. You will work closely with our Development, SEO, Content, and QA teams to implement AI solutions that improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and help build our AI-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows across multiple departments.
• Automate content, SEO, QA, and internal business processes using AI.
• Develop and manage AI-assisted social media workflows.
• Integrate AI tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Create prompt libraries, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
• Train teams on AI tools and best practices.
• Research and recommend new AI technologies.

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to start immediately or within two weeks.

Preferred

• Experience with AI automation for Content, SEO, QA, or Operations.
• Basic JavaScript or Python knowledge.
• Experience with AI APIs or AI agents.
