Join Muro AI as a founding engineer to revolutionize the $13T pre-construction market. You’ll build production-grade AI agents and RAG pipelines that process massive, messy construction documents and automate complex workflows. From owning the AI stack to sitting with customers, you will ship code that turns weeks of manual bidding into hours of intelligent automation.

• Architect and deploy multi-agent workflows using Python and FastAPI to automate multi-step construction tasks such as bid leveling and RFI generation.
• Develop production RAG systems and computer vision models to interpret 1,500-page document sets, including hand-marked floor plans and structural drawings.
• Embed with customers during bid weeks to translate real-world pain points into intelligent agents that integrate with Procore APIs and Excel.

• Has 4+ years of experience shipping production-grade AI features, with deep technical expertise in NLP, computer vision, or agentic frameworks.
• Demonstrates mastery of the modern AI stack, including Python, FastAPI, Celery, and cloud infrastructure, while comfortable handling messy, unstructured data.
• Possesses a strong startup DNA, having likely been a founder or early hire who thrives on owning projects from 0→1 with half-baked specifications.
