Senior Advisor AI Transformation (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about the transformative power of artificial intelligence? We are looking for a Sr. Advisor AI Transformation to act as the strategic and operational catalyst for our Customer Success Management (CSM) and Website Agency International Brands division.

In this role, you will specifically drive the AI evolution within these areas, bridging the gap between high-level innovation and practical enablement. You will ensure our teams are at the forefront of AI-driven customer journeys and agency services.

Tasks

• Support our teams in increasing efficiency across campaign ideation, creation, and analytics by identifying and applying the right AI tools to their existing workflows.
• Advise on leveraging AI to increase personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Define and design innovative solutions to integrate sales touchpoints into our AI-driven support ecosystem, leading conceptual work on how AI Chat, Voicebots, and automated Email flows can drive sales while supporting the customer.
• Guide specialists in improving target group management and segmentation through the use of AI-driven tools.
• Act as the lead for our internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements for the development teams to implement within our core infrastructure.
• Get your hands dirty by building functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.
• Lead the cultural shift by advocating for AI and providing hands-on training to employees across the division to ensure long-term adoption.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology (MarTech), or development, with a clear focus on AI implementation.
• Highly comfortable with "vibe coding," rapid prototyping, and deep-diving into AI tools to see what works in practice.
• A natural facilitator who finds success in helping others succeed and can explain complex AI logic to non-technical peers with ease.
• Strong ability to turn business needs into precise technical requirements for development teams.
• Ability to translate technical potential into business value and advise senior leadership on the long-term AI roadmap.
• Fluency in English is required. German or other European languages are a plus.
