Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms—like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery—and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a Senior Engineer AI to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make in this role:

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve software functionality, using the latest AI tools, LLMs, and GenAI API workflows
• Collaborate across AI, DevOps, and software engineering teams to seamlessly integrate, debug, and optimize AI models and AI-driven features (from prompt engineering to embedding optimization)
• Measure and optimize performance, assessing AI-generated content for bias, accuracy, and compliance while maintaining a strong analytical mindset to recommend continuous improvements

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
• You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency
• You have at least 10 years of experience in an engineering role, with 7+ years of experience specifically developing AI/ML algorithms, Python-based GenAI solutions, and utilizing frameworks like LlamaIndex
• You have deep proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern Big Data/SQL pipelines
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours, specifically maintaining core collaboration hours from 10am to 5pm Eastern Time (preference given to EST/CST candidate
