AI Lead

A fast-growing AI vertical SaaS startup disrupting the multi-billion dollar US construction market is looking for a high-caliber AI Lead with a "builder" mindset to spearhead our AI initiatives. You will be an early and influential member of the team, responsible for solving problems that have never been successfully addressed in our industry.

• Phase 1: You will focus on developing AI solutions for core customer workflows, specifically revolving around the analysis of architectural plans. This involves processing long documents containing complex, unstructured data and resolving conflicting sources of information.
• Phase 2: You will integrate AI into the heart of our new platform, connecting 3D design and engineering with architectural plan analysis to create a unified, integrated solution for our customers.

Requirements

• Proven Impact: You have successfully shipped LLM-based features to production.
• Technical Expertise: You have a strong background in backend engineering, with Python being an absolute requirement.
• End-to-End Ownership: You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems in their entirety—from initial problem framing to final production.
• Independence: You have the ability to work independently across the full stack (e2e).
