Title: GenAI / Full Stack

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor.

Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with Wells Fargo LOB teams to improve software delivery and productivity.

Lead GenAI tool onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives.

Establish best practices for prompt engineering and AI workflow integration.

Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI tool performance.

Support scaling and performance tuning of GenAI solutions.

Drive enterprise adoption of AI-enabled developer workflows.
