Founding Engineer - £70k-90k + Equity

🚀 Founding Engineer | Early-Stage AI HealthTech Startup

I'm currently working with a well-funded early-stage startup that's looking for a Founding Engineer to join the team

They're building AI products that solve real operational challenges and already have customers using the platform every day. The founders are now looking for an engineer who wants ownership.

This would suit someone with around 3-5 years of software engineering experience who's excited by startups, enjoys solving difficult problems, and wants to help build both the product and the company.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with founders and users

• Build and ship AI-powered products

• Take ownership of features from idea to production

• Influence technical decisions and product direction

• Learn quickly in a high-growth environment

Experience with Python, cloud technologies and modern AI tooling would be beneficial, but mindset and ambition are just as important.

Role Details:

• £70-90k
• Hybrid - Cambridge
• React/TypeScript/Python
