🎯 Your mission
As a Digital Transformation and AI Specialist, you will support the identification, implementation and scaling of digital and AI-driven solutions across the organization. You will help improve internal processes, drive automation and support digital adoption across teams.
🛠️ Your main responsibilities
- Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Identify, evaluate and implement AI solutions to optimize internal processes
- Analyze workflows and propose automation and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with different departments to translate needs into digital solutions
- Manage and coordinate digital transformation projects
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
- Support implementation and integration of digital tools and AI technologies
- Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor impact
- Promote digital adoption and continuous improvement culture
- Deliver training on digital tools and AI applications
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection requirements
- Support documentation and standardization of digital processes
🎓 What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Technology or related fields
- Certifications in AI, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics or Project Management are a plus
- Proven experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-based solutions to improve business processes.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define digital solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving technology and process improvement.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms is desirable.
- Experience in highly regulated industries, such as medical devices, healthcare, engineering, or technology, is considered a plus.
