In this role you will be responsible for:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI patterns.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Build reusable AI accelerators and components.
• Design knowledge retrieval solutions using vector databases and semantic search.
• Define and optimize prompting strategies, evaluation approaches and orchestration patterns.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Business Analysts and stakeholders to shape use cases.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of AI engineering practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for adoption.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience developing production-grade AI applications.
• Experience with LLM-based applications.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing AI Agents.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain or similar).
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs.
• Experience evaluating and testing AI solutions.
• Git and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders.
