The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled AI Technology Specialist to drive AI-related technologies
and capabilities within our IT organisation.
In this role, you will act as the primary counterpart to the company-wide AI initiative and help translate strategic AI
ambitions into practical, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
You will evaluate emerging AI technologies, take technical ownership of AI-related tools and platforms, and help establish AI capabilities across IT and Group Functions. Working closely with the AI initiative, Enterprise Architecture,
Security, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping how AI technologies are adopted
and operated within the organisation.
As our technology landscape evolves, this role offers opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and ownership
within the domain, depending on organisational needs and individual strengths.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Take technical ownership of AI-related tools, platforms, and services.
- Act as the primary technical counterpart to the company-wide AI initiative within IT.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, vendors, and market developments.
- Support the implementation, integration, and operation of AI-related solutions.
- Contribute to governance, security, architecture, and compliance discussions related to AI technologies.
- Advise IT teams and Group Functions on AI capabilities and technical considerations.
- Drive knowledge sharing and help build AI-related capabilities within IT.
- Strong passion for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, AI Agents, Copilot technologies, RAG, or similar
- Ability to evaluate new technologies and translate them into practical business solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity, ownership, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Fluent in English
- To be considered for this role, you must be based in Portugal or Serbia.
