Voice AI Engineer — Scale the infrastructure behind millions of daily AI voice calls. Berlin, on-site.

Every 10 minutes, 18 million conversations happen between businesses and consumers. AI changes the game — and this company is solving the hardest part: getting voice agents to drive real outcomes at scale. Leading B2C companies are already using the platform to deploy thousands of voice agents. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade.

As a Voice AI Engineer you’ll own critical infrastructure — building the systems and solving the novel problems that come from scaling voice AI to millions of daily calls. This is not a prototypes role. Real systems, real users, real consequences.

What You’ll Work On

→ Build reliable and scalable systems and own critical parts of the core infrastructure

→ Solve novel problems that come from working with Voice AI at scale

→ Evaluate different models and push the limits of the technology for customers

This probably isn’t for you if you prefer remote, want to be told what to do, mostly care about the tech not business outcomes, or want to work 9–5.

Compensation: €85K–€160K + equity, AI tools, Urban Sports, relocation support
