Engineer II – Senior CCaaS / AI Platform Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in CCaaS platforms, cloud architecture, AI/ML integration, and enterprise-scale customer experience solutions.
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade CCaaS solutions.
- Lead cloud migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
- Design secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Build AI/ML-enabled customer service solutions.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and analytical datasets.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with CCaaS platforms and Conversational AI technologies.
- Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, SQL, NoSQL databases, and API integrations.
- Experience building AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of model lifecycle management and governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
