Programming — Required

• Python — Expert. Working language.
• TypeScript — production-level. Half of the modern agentic ecosystem (Mastra, Vercel AI SDK, MCP TS SDK, Claude Agent SDK, computer-use tooling, most agent UIs) is TS-first.
• At least one of Kotlin / Swift / Java / C++ / Rust — tied to your claimed pillar: Kotlin / Swift if you claim Pillar 2 mobile depth; C++ / Rust if you claim edge / robotics / high-perf inference; Java only if the target surface you'll own is Java-shaped (enterprise integration, JVM data platform). "I did Java 8 years ago" is not qualifying.

Experience & Background

• 10+ years total software engineering / architecture (typically 10–15).
• Minimum 5 years at Principal / Staff / Chief Architect / Distinguished Engineer level at meaningful organisational scale
• Minimum 3 years shipping production GenAI / agentic AI (first GenAI shipping evidence dated 2023 or later).

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $106000/annum
• Pay Range Maximum: $162000/annum

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
