Our challenge
We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer with hands-on expertise in Devin AI, Claude AI (Anthropic), Generative AI, and modern software development practices. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered development platforms to improve software engineering productivity, automate coding workflows, accelerate SDLC processes, and build intelligent AI-driven applications.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Devin AI for autonomous software development tasks, code generation, debugging, testing, and workflow automation.
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Claude AI APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Integrate Claude AI into enterprise applications for chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants, and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent systems leveraging GenAI frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities.
- Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agent orchestration solutions.
- Improve developer productivity using AI-assisted development tools and best practices.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered code reviews.
- Monitor AI solution performance and optimize model outputs.
Requirements:
AI & GenAI
- Hands-on experience with Devin AI.
- Experience working with Claude AI (Anthropic Models).
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Agentic AI.
- Prompt Engineering.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS).
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) exposure preferred.
