Why now?
Enterprises are under pressure to move faster on software without letting security slip, and AI only made that harder. There's more code getting shipped than ever, and every line of it is something else to test and secure. The old approach of bolting a dozen tools together has run out of road. That's the problem we solve. Digital.ai is a single platform for the whole software lifecycle with AI built in, and 5,000 enterprises run on it. We're in build mode across the Americas right now. The territory is wide open and we're still writing how this team wins, so come in early and it's yours to shape. If what you want is a finished playbook and a comfortable seat, this won't be the right fit.
About the Role
This is a new business sales role, plain and simple. You carry the full portfolio — AppSec, Continuous Testing, and DevOps — and you own the deal start to finish. You'll be landing new logos in banking, healthcare, gaming, and retail. Some of those deals come to you. Most of the time you're going in to win accounts that already have an incumbent.
Here's what makes it worth it: you're not out there on your own. There's a strong team behind you with real technical depth and people who'll jump in when you need them. The leadership bench is some of the best in the business, and they actually care about the people who work for them. This is a sales-first company that shows up every day wanting to make something happen, and has a good time doing it. You bring the hunger and we'll make sure you've got what you need to close.
What You’ll Do
- Land new logos across the full portfolio
- Own the deal from first touch through close
- Build your own pipeline — inbound is a nice bonus, not the plan
- Multithread and qualify with real MEDDPICC discipline
- Run the technical conversation alongside your SE
- Win competitive displacements against the incumbents
- Partner closely with product, CS, and marketing
What You Bring
- 5+ years landing new enterprise logos and beating quota. Landing, not renewing or farming.
- The instinct to build your own pipeline instead of waiting on leads
- Background selling in or adjacent to the software development lifecycle. We don't expect you to be a hardcore expert across every corner of something this technical and nuanced, and you'll ramp on the products here. But you'll bring enough domain fluency to earn a technical buyer's respect from day one.
- Real command of MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
- The ability to connect what we sell to something a customer will actually pay for
- Backbone - You own your number and you can take hard feedback
- Ability to travel within the US to close a deal
