- Pioneer the design and development of advanced communication networks. Conduct advanced research in communication protocols, network architectures, and computing technologies for 6G networks. Develop and implement innovative algorithms and procedures to enhance the performance and efficiency of 6G communication systems.

- Explore the possibility of utilizing AI/ML for real-time data analysis and decision-making to enhance 6G network capabilities. Oversee R&D initiatives from feasibility studies to full-scale implementation.
- Educational Background:
- Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science (CS) with a focus on communication network engineering, network computing engineering, mobile computing, or communication engineering with 5 years of post-degree experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Possess comprehensive expertise in LTE, 5G NR network architectures, and capable of pursuing emerging 6G technologies.
- Conduct pioneering research on the integration of communication and network computing. Develop novel algorithms, protocols, and architectures for future wireless networks. Design and analyze communication and computing frameworks to enhance network performance.
- Familiar with the abstraction of computing resources in a network to distribute computation and reduce total energy consumption. Proficient in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to optimize and innovate within communication systems. ORAN and MEC development experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex wireless systems using industry-standard tools and simulation platforms.
- Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as C/C++ and Python, as well as machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive innovation in network architecture.
- Engage with industry partners and academic institutions to foster collaborations.
- Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at leading conferences.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of leading innovative research initiatives, particularly in the field of 6G communication and computing.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive technology development.
