Position: Enterprise Claude Consultant/ Architect

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

We're looking for a senior consultant with proven experience deploying Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment. This is a hands-on architecture role focused on enterprise AI adoption rather than general AI/ML or Azure OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise rollout of Anthropic Claude across business teams.

• Design and develop Claude Agents, workflows, skills, and reusable AI assets.

• Build secure integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and internal tools.

• Define AI governance, guardrails, RBAC, permissioning, and version control.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive enterprise AI adoption.

• Guide teams from AI pilots to secure, scalable production deployments.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude in production.

• Experience building Claude-based agents/workflows.

• Enterprise AI architecture and integration expertise.

• AI governance, security, and access control experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
