Enterprise AI Platform Architect (Claude)

Role: Enterprise Claude Consultant / Architect

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: Full-time

Summary:

We are seeking a senior consultant with hands-on experience standing up Anthropic Claude in a production enterprise environment. This is not a general AI/ML or Azure OpenAI-focused role. The ideal consultant has helped a large organization deploy Claude at scale, including agent and skill development, secure data/tool connectors, governance, and safe sharing of AI assets across teams.

What This Person Will Do

• Lead the enterprise rollout of Anthropic Claude across teams and business functions.

• Design and deploy Claude-based agents, skills, workflows, and reusable AI assets.

• Build secure connectors between Claude and internal data sources, applications, and enterprise tools.

• Establish governance models for safely sharing agents, skills, prompts, workflows, and connectors across teams.

• Define permissioning, access controls, guardrails, versioning, and risk controls for enterprise AI adoption.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify high-value Claude use cases and prioritize implementation.

• Advise on best practices for Claude development, prompt/workflow design, testing, evaluation, and ongoing optimization.

• Help teams move from experimentation to secure, scalable, production-ready Claude usage.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience deploying Anthropic Claude in production for a large organization.

• Experience building Claude agents, skills, workflows, or similar reusable AI capabilities.

• Strong understanding of enterprise connectors into internal data, systems, and tools.

• Experience with governance, security, permissioning, and safe cross-team sharing of AI assets.

• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Comfort operating as both a strategic advisor and hands-on execution partner.

• Experience helping organizations move from AI pilots to enterprise-wide adoption.

Less Relevant for This Need

• General AI/ML development experience without Claude production deployment.

• Azure OpenAI experience without direct Anthropic Claude implementation experience.

• Model-building backgrounds that do not include enterprise architecture, governance, or deployment.

• Candidates who have only used Claude individually or experimentally, rather than in a scaled enterprise setting.
