ROLE PURPOSE

The AI Platform Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, governing, and evolving the enterprise AI platform strategy. The role bridges frontier AI capabilities — spanning Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, and AWS Bedrock with AgentCore — with complex enterprise integration requirements across SAP, ServiceNow, Databricks on AWS, Oracle CC&B, and the broader AWS infrastructure estate.

This is a hands-on solution leadership role: equal parts visionary and delivery-focused. The successful candidate will lead architectural decisions that unlock measurable business value, guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and serve as a trusted authority on responsible AI deployment at enterprise scale.

Essential

• 10–20 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology architecture, with a minimum of 5 years focused on AI/ML platform architecture.
• Demonstrated hands-on solutioning experience across at least three of: Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, SAP, ServiceNow, Databricks, Oracle CC&B.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale — from PoC through to production — including multi-system integrations.
• Strong command of cloud architecture (AWS preferred; Azure familiarity valued), including security, networking, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK).
• Experience working in regulated industries (utilities, financial services, healthcare, or government) is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate across technical depth (architecture and code review) and executive breadth (board-level communication and business case development).

• Anthropic or AWS Partner AI practitioner credentials (where available)
• SAP BTP or integration certifications
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework certification
