AI Deployment Officer [F/M/X]

Based in Porto being part of our AI team, you will be a key driver in bringing AI tools to life across the organization. You will help teams understand, embrace, and get the most out of AI in their daily work, turning potential into real, measurable impact.

Your Missions:

• Deploy AI tools and solutions across the organization.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance AI understanding.
• Identify and analyze use cases for AI applications.
• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure successful implementation.
• Support change management initiatives related to AI deployment.
• Monitor and report on AI tool effectiveness and adoption.

• Experience in AI deployment or related fields.
• Knowledge of project management and AI tools.
• Background in management or a similar field.
• English fluent.
• You demonstrate strong change management skills.
• You have excellent communication and adaptability skills.

Beyond the core profile, we are looking for a Hybrid Builder, someone who can understand a business problem, shape a solution with AI, and take it from idea to production.

This means you bring:

• Product thinking: The ability to translate user needs into clear, functional specifications.
• Stakeholder communication: Bridging the gap between technical teams and business functions.
• Training & acculturation: Designing and delivering effective training programs that drive real adoption.
• Iterative mindset: A bias for rapid prototyping and fast feedback loops.
• AI judgment: Knowing what to delegate to AI vs. what requires human judgment.
• Continuous learning: Staying up to date with AI news and developments.
• No-Code / Low-Code proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with tools like n8n, Make, Power Automate, and similar platforms.
• Code literacy: The ability to read and modify code when needed.
• Software engineering basics: Version control, testing, code review, and understanding what separates a demo from something production-grade.
• Agentic & architecture literacy: Understanding how agents, MCPs, and RAG systems actually work, well enough to reason about why they fail.
• AI output evaluation: Assessing output quality through evals and data quality practices, with a genuine understanding of how models behave — including their context limits and where they hallucinate.
• Shipping to production: The ability to take a prototype all the way to a solution that survives contact with reality.
