We are a fast-growing international company looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will own the full data lifecycle—from understanding business requirements to sourcing, transforming, modelling, and visualizing data. You will play a key role in building and evolving our modern data platform on Microsoft Fabric, helping drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
- Build, maintain, and improve ETL/ELT data pipelines and workflows.
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models and Power BI reports.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across the data platform.
- Optimize existing dashboards, datasets, and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide support to end users.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture and best practices.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Python and/or PySpark.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or other cloud data platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Location: Skopje
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 4PM
