The role

Responsibilities

As an AI & Automation Lead, you will coordinate end-to-end AI and/or automation projects from architecture design to productive delivery. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Design, discuss, estimate and set up AI/automation architectures
• Create the project backlog, oversee delivery and report on progress
• Coordinate AI, integration and low-code developer teams
• Implement complex workflows/agents and ensure quality assurance of junior team members
• Support the pre-sales activities regarding AI and automation opportunities.

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 6 years of experience in automation, integration, software and/or data engineering, with the last 2 dedicated to Gen-AI solution delivery, including with Microsoft technologies
• Experience leading technical teams in large corporate-grade projects, with solid skills in GenAI and automation, from architecture to productive deploy
• Proficiency in Python, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, MS Foundry, and GenAI Frameworks
• Experience with Power Apps, Azure AI Search, Azure Container Apps/Kubernetes, Azure Cosmos DB/Storage, and UiPath
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
