🌍 Hybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite in Lisboa.

🛠️ What we are looking for:

• AI Agent Engineering Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents that automate and orchestrate complex workflows across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong Software Engineering Foundation: Solid knowledge of Software Development best practices, including Git, GitHub, Pull Requests, Code Reviews, Testing, Software Architecture, and CI/CD.
• LLMs & Agentic AI: Practical experience working with Large Language Models through APIs, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, Structured Outputs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Agent Frameworks: Proven experience with one or more of the following technologies: LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or AutoGen.
• Python & Automation: Strong Python development skills, with experience building AI-powered automation solutions and integrating them into engineering workflows.
• DevOps & Engineering Productivity: Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integrating AI agents into modern software delivery processes.
• Business & Technical Mindset: Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and identify opportunities where AI agents can increase productivity and improve software quality.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Commitment to producing clear technical documentation, maintaining agent specifications, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

📋 Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• AI Strategy for the SDLC: Define and implement the organization's AI Agent strategy across the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Agent Design & Development: Design, build, and deploy AI agents that support engineering teams throughout analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review, and deployment.
• Functional Analysis Agent: Develop agents capable of transforming business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and initial product backlogs.
• Development Agent: Build agents that generate code, create unit tests, and produce technical documentation while following engineering best practices.
• Code Review Agent: Design agents that analyze Pull Requests, identify bugs, detect security vulnerabilities, and highlight code quality issues.
• QA Agent: Create agents that automatically generate unit tests, functional test cases, and regression testing scenarios.
• Documentation Agent: Develop agents that keep technical documentation, Confluence pages, and architecture diagrams up to date.
• LLM & Agent Integration: Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and other AI services into enterprise engineering workflows using modern agent frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging AI technologies, experiment with new agent architectures, and continuously improve developer productivity through automation.
