ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join a long-term initiative in collaboration with a globally recognized industry leader. The project focuses on advancing physical AI and multi-fleet management systems, aimed at significantly enhancing the performance and efficiency of outdoor vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIE
- SDefine and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs
- )Design scalable, reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystem
- sLead end-to-end delivery: from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready system
- sEstablish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across robotics team
- sEvaluate, select, and evolve technologies, tools, and platforms within the robotics stac
- kDrive research in emerging robotics trends and translate insights into practical architectural decision
- sArchitect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination system
- sEnsure integration of hardware and software, including sensors, actuators, real-time systems, and electromechanical component
- sOversee simulation and validation using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or simila
- rCollaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded, product) to align technical solutions with business goal
- sEngage with clients through workshops, technical discussions, and architecture presentations (pre-sales and delivery
)REQUIREMENT
- SDegree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fiel
- dProven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution desig
- nExpert proficiency in C++ and/or Python, building production-grade robotics softwar
- eStrong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practice
- sHands-on experience across robotics domains (mobile robots, arms, drones, autonomous systems
- )Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2
- )Experience with simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar
- )Strong background in control systems, real-time computing, and hardware-software co-desig
- nFamiliarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment pipeline
- sKnowledge of industrial/embedded ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC, SCADA
- )Experience in multi-robot and multi-vendor integration environment
- sStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with solid mathematical foundation
- sExcellent communication skills, including presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholder
