Teams Purpose

Forward-deployed agent engineering team builds, integrates, and manages multi-agent AI systems for our enterprise customers. They operate at the intersection of customer engineering and AI product management, building complex agent procedure workflows and integrations that redefine how companies run support at global scale.

Our co-founders Antanas Bakšys, Ringaudas Kalinauskas, and Lukas Mikuckis - the same founders behind SearchNode, successfully acquired in 2022. Industry veterans and pioneers in agentic AI with a clear ambition for Ace Waves: to become a global top vendor and the next unicorn from Lithuania.

As an early team member, you’ll work close to the founders.

Examples of work in this role

• Partner with Agent Engineers to co-design the end-to-end user journeys for major brands. You will structure the logic for how an AI agent autonomously handles refunds, order updates, or delivery tracking, ensuring a flawless customer experience at scale.

What you’ll do

• Act as the strategic partner for our clients, guiding them from the initial discovery phase, through implementation, to successful product adoption and long-term value creation.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand client business needs, pain points, and operational models.
• Translate client business logic into structured AI agent behaviors and user experiences. Visualize these flows using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or draw.io to align both the client and internal teams.
• Act as the functional "Product Owner" for the client's specific implementation. Collaborate closely with our Agent Engineering teams to ensure they build scalable solutions that solve real business problems.
• Ensure the proposed AI solutions meet business goals, managing client expectations and validating the setup before final launch.
• Bring your product expertise to sales and discovery sessions when needed, helping prospective clients visualize how AI agents can fit into their workflows.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in hybrid client-facing & product roles: background as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or a Customer Success Manager with strong technical/product implementation experience.
• Passion for solution design: strong ability to map, structure, and visually document complex operational processes and workflows.
• Exceptional stakeholder management: you know how to lead high-level client meetings, manage expectations, and build trust with cross-functional teams.
• Technical literacy: Ability to understand APIs, data flows, and integrations well enough to bridge the gap between client expectations and engineering realities without writing any code.
• Analytical & structured thinking: Ability to break down messy real-world business processes into logical steps that an AI can eventually follow.
• Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Even better

• Experience with workflow techniques (BPM, process mapping) and tools like Notion or Miro.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Previous exposure to automation tools, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions.

Compensation

€3500 - €5000 gross monthly.

We are flexible, and the final package depends on your experience, ownership, and scope of impact.
