Product Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an iterative, highly pragmatic product implementer to bridge the gap between static design and functional software for our clients. We aren't looking for a traditional frontend engineer, nor are we looking for a UI/UX designer. We are looking for an AI native developer.

In this role, you will be handed high-fidelity, prototype wireframes and tasked with bringing them to life using our internal CI/CD platform. You will sit in on client discovery meetings, absorb their operational bottlenecks and business requirements, and then supervise AI coding agents to build out the functional product. You will leverage a lean, iterative approach to product development—outlining the logic, prompting the AI, and rigorously polishing the output until it perfectly matches the initial mockup and functions exactly as the client needs.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

• Bring Mockups to Life: Take static, high-fidelity UI/UX mockups and use our platform alongside AI tools to transform them into fully functional custom software for our clients.
• Client Discovery Integration: Participate in client discovery sessions across various departments. You will synthesize complex operational workflows and business rules, translating raw meeting notes directly into implementation logic.
• AI Supervision & Iteration: Act as the technical director for the AI and the project manager for the platform. You will break down the required functionality into architectural outlines, prompt the system, and rapidly iterate on the output until the code executes flawlessly.
• Fidelity Enforcement: You won't be designing the interface, but you must possess the technical intuition and attention to detail required to ensure the AI's output maintains 100% fidelity to the original design.
• Rapid Problem Solving: When the AI hallucinates or breaks a layout, you step in, debug the logic, refine the parameters, and get the build back on track quickly.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• The Ultimate Implementer: You care about shipping functional, effective software. You are comfortable abandoning rigid, traditional software engineering paradigms in favor of rapid prototyping and AI-assisted iteration.
• AI-Native Builder: You are familiar with modern AI development tools and platforms (Claude CoWork/Code, Codex, Grok Build, etc.) used to generate and supervise functional code.
• Technical Intuition & Keen Eye for Detail: While you respect the design and ensure the AI doesn't compromise the intended user experience, your attention to detail extends under the hood. You understand codebase architecture and know how to plan the correct implementation for the overall system (e.g., knowing when to use Postgres vs. MySQL). Whether you have a CS degree or are entirely self-taught, you possess the foundational development knowledge necessary to confidently guide the AI toward structurally sound, scalable solutions.
