ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will blend technical consulting with hands-on delivery, designing and implementing AI, cloud-native, web, and distributed architectures - from PoCs to large-scale, high-load systems. You will cooperate with top technology experts and architects, collaborate with leading partners on joint innovations, run discovery and architecture workshops with global clients, and grow as a cloud-certified professional with strong mentoring and learning support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and lead the development of system implementation plans, processes, solution architecture, and technical architecture to drive successful AI solutions adoption within enterprise organizations while collaborating closely with client technical stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Build end-to-end technical designs and implementation plans that improve scalability and reliability for highly loaded systems in distributed environments, working in partnership with engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure alignment and impact
- Participate actively in implementation phases, defining and building the core system architecture to enable robust AI solutions and distributed systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams during delivery to maintain technical consistency and performance
- To participate in advisory phases and technical workshops, covering all technical aspects of the deal and helping enterprise organizations understand, evaluate, and plan AI solutions adoption and distributed system designs
- To perform technology assessments and comparisons, analyzing options for AI solutions and highly loaded distributed systems to inform architecture decisions and implementation strategies
- To drive new technological practice development for the company, shaping internal approaches and methodologies around AI solutions adoption, technology evaluation, and distributed system architecture
- To refine and optimize system implementation processes, ensuring that solution and technical architectures for AI adoption and distributed environments are consistently executed and improved over time
- To contribute to definition of core system components and interfaces during implementation, ensuring alignment with agreed solution architecture for AI-enabled and highly loaded distributed systems
- To support preparation and delivery of technical materials for advisory engagements and workshops, translating solution and technical architecture concepts into clear, actionable guidance for enterprise clients
REQUIREMENT
- Extensive experience with IT and Digital delivery programs, including 10+ years of strong engineering and end-to-end solution delivery in complex enterprise environments
- Advanced experience with software and enterprise architecture, including 3+ years in Architect roles responsible for solution and enterprise-level design
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns, including familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SEI, or equivalent experience
- Practical experience with designing and implementing AI-enabled enterprise solutions, integrating AI capabilities into broader business and technology ecosystems
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java, with practical experience in both considered an advantage
- Practical experience with modern cloud platforms and on-premise deployments, including AWS and Azure, covering architecture, migration, and operational considerations
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools, real-time data processing architectures, and Data Lakes, including experience designing and integrating data solutions into enterprise environments
- Practical experience with agentic engineering and Agentic SDLC adoption, including driving architectural patterns and delivery practices for autonomous and AI-driven systems
- Strong knowledge of driving application, data, and infrastructure architecture design, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technology strategy, and non-functional requirements
- Practical experience with DevOps practices and tooling, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment pipelines (nice-to-have)
- Advanced experience in communicating architecture and design concepts to deeply technical development teams and non-technical stakeholders, including up to CxO level
- Strong proficiency in facilitating cooperation among diverse stakeholders to define, discuss, and prioritize architectural drivers and key design decisions for the solution
- Practical experience with creating technical specifications and sections in architecture vision documents, including quality attribute scenarios, architecture diagrams, risk assessments, and system requirements
- Advanced experience in managing technical pre-sale activities such as presentations, workshops, and solution architecture support for business development initiatives
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations, build trust, and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals
This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on some factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.
The anticipated salary range for this role is 38,640 – 60,720 EUR annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
