What you`ll do:

As a Product Manager for Agentic AI in Retail, you will drive the development of an AI-powered store associate app — a mobile-first tool that helps frontline retail workers handle replenishment, order fulfillment, and customer support. You will join one of our new AI-native squads, where AI agents run 24/7 alongside the team, enabling iteration cycles that are hard to achieve in traditional enterprise development. Working closely with engineering, design, and retail co-innovation customers across multiple countries, you will take ideas from concept to production — shaping the product vision while actively contributing to building, testing, and refining what ships.

What You Bring

You have 3–5 years of product management experience in retail tech or enterprise software. You thrive in small autonomous squads, have a hands-on mindset, and balance user value with technical and business realities.

• Enthusiasm for co-innovation with customers and grounding solutions in real operational contexts.
• Passion for retail frontline-worker UX in high-paced environments.
• Solid technical fluency: cloud-native architectures, AI fundamentals, and agentic AI system concepts.
• Experience using product analytics to inform decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Proficiency with modern tooling: Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• German language proficiency.
• Ideally: hands-on familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business AI.
