We are seeking an Associate AI Developer to join a growing team focused on building and deploying AI and machine learning solutions. This is an early-career opportunity ideal for candidates looking to develop hands-on experience in AI/ML development while working alongside senior engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions
• Support data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation activities
• Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models and AI-driven features
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 0–5 years of experience in software development or AI/ML
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and version control
• Exposure to generative AI or agentic AI systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow
