About the Role

Are you a cloud enthusiast with hands-on experience in public cloud platforms who loves solving complex architectural riddles? We are looking for a Technical Architecture Engineer to join our team in Istanbul. In this role, you will act as the trusted technical advisor for our strategic enterprise and internet clients, guiding them through cloud migrations, system optimization, and high-availability architecture design.

Experience with AI/GenAI-related cloud services (such as LLM platforms, AI infrastructure, or AI solution architecture) is highly valued.

This isn't just about troubleshooting; it’s about shaping the cloud governance strategy for major businesses from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Architecture Governance & Optimization

• Well-Architected Framework: Review and optimize client cloud infrastructures across security, compliance, cost efficiency, and high performance.
• Landing Zone Delivery: Guide customers through account structures, identity/permissions, and networking frameworks during their cloud journey.
• Resource Management: Conduct capacity planning, resource utilization analysis, and implement automated elastic scaling solutions.

2. Migration & Enterprise Support

• End-to-End Migration: Design and support the delivery of large-scale workload migrations (including application stacks, databases, and big data architectures) to the c
• Technical Roadmap Owner: Act as the primary technical owner for clientloud. initiatives, translating complex business scenarios into smooth technical execution plans.

3. Stability & Service Assurance

• Proactive Monitoring: Architect intelligent monitoring, early-warning alerting systems, and end-to-end risk assessments for critical business pathways.
• Emergency & Event Support: Lead critical incident responses, conduct performance stress testing, and provide dedicated architecture safeguards during clients' peak traffic events.
• Resilience Drills: Collaborate with enterprise teams to run high-availability and disaster recovery simulation drills under extreme failure scenarios.

Job Requirements

Technical Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution design, backend development, or infrastructure operations for large-scale internet or enterprise applications.
• Public Cloud: Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Ecosystem: Proven technical depth in at least two of the following areas: Public Cloud Architecture, Cloud-Native/Kubernetes, Big Data Infrastructure, Databases/Tuning, Middleware, or Advanced Networking.
• System Design: Strong capability to decompose complex technical challenges into systemic, holistic architecturaldesigns.
• AI / GenAI: Experience designing, deploying, or supporting AI/GenAI-related cloud services, AI infrastructure, or LLM-based solutions is highly preferred.

Soft Skills & Client Management:

• Consultative Mindset: Strong service orientation with a track record of driving technical execution on the client side.
• Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between deeply technical engineering teams and C-level client executives.
