Product Lead

At Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık, we are looking for a dynamic Product Lead to join our team and help elevate our customer experience using data science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business units and technology teams, transforming complex business requirements into data-driven and AI-powered solutions (such as Machine Learning, Personalization, and Generative AI). By consolidating product management, project management, and business requirements under a single area of responsibility, you will ensure delivery processes are more predictable, efficient, and aligned.

Your Place in the Team

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Data Science and AI solutions, in line with company goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment for a highly talented team of data scientists and data engineers.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to streamline the end-to-end product life cycle.
• Problem Transformation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into structured machine learning problems and data-driven initiatives.
• Innovative Solutions: Oversee the development of critical AI initiatives, including recommendation engines, personalization systems, customer analytics, and Generative AI applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 5+ years of end-to-end project or product management experience in Data Science, AI, or Advanced Analytics (team management experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of statistical and machine learning models; proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with Big Data technologies is a plus.
• Methodology & Domain: Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies; experience in e-commerce, q-commerce, or retail/store processes is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners.
